Building with Agents

Hey BiggerPockets family! 👋

I'm looking to partner with a solid real estate agent in the DFW area who can help me out by pulling accurate comps for my fix-and-flip projects. In return, I’ll gladly give you the resale listing with a standard 2.5% agent fee.

That said… I’m still trying to figure out the best way to connect with the right agent. What do you all suggest? Where do I start? Are there any strategies you’ve used to build that kind of agent/investor relationship?
