Owner Carry Terms

Hi everyone,

I have a duplex currently listed in a highly desirable market in Pacific Northwest. We've been approached by multiple buyers regarding owner carry options. To this point we weren't interested in that option but may decide to do so. We're curious what recommendations the BP community would make with regard to this topic including specific terms like loan length, down payments, and interest rates or if we should avoid doing this altogether.

Thank you
