Looking for an experienced agent in Newburgh
I am currently sourcing my first flip in newburgh NY and looking for a savvy agent who can help me find the right place. Looking for an agent who's worked on flips with investors before. I am using the 70% rule to analyze properties and am looking for someone familiar with what to look for numbers wise and rehab wise. Open to gut rehabs but want to avoid foundation/structural damage.
