Airbnb Arbitrage in waco area help needed
Hello, I came across the idea of doing Airbnb from multiple online posts and I became super interested in the topic. I’m 18 and ready to hustle. I received a decent chunk of money, enough to start up so instead of blowing it off I want to make a good investment to generate passive income while I’m going into trade school. I’ve looked at some properties on Zillow by Magnolia marketplace but I haven’t cross checked on AirDNA yet. I kind of got an idea of the steps that need to be taken but I guess I need some sort of clarification if that makes sense. I’d like to connect with some people in this space from the Waco area but I’ll soak in information from anyone. 👍🏽

I would recommend house hacking. I don't know what trade you're going in but something tells me you're handy/will be handy so this is definitely an advantage. House hacking will allow you to learn the ropes. If you need a co-signer, I would find one. I would also make sure you have plenty of reserves.
airbnb arbitrage is not exactly what I'd consider passive. There's a lot of furnishing costs that need to be considered. That being said, it can be lucrative
