Where to sell my airbnb?

Question

I have a successful Airbnb that grosses $180k a year. Asking price $1.29m

I think I can get the highest price by selling to another Airbnb owner as opposed to just on Zillow since the cashflow is great. Are there any places I should be listing it specifically to target an airbnb buyer? I've found a couple but they are rinky-dink sites.

Just put it on the MLS / Zillow and include info on what you made as an Airbnb host with the property and see who brings you the best offer. It's doubtful that said best offer will be from an investor though. Owner occupants almost always pay more for single family homes than any investor does.
