Trouble getting multi family
Over the last 2 weeks I’ve put in an offer 55k over asking on a duplex and 30k over asking on a triplex and got outbid on both. Is multi family flying off the market above asking price in your market? Seems they are under contract within a few days and if not it’s because they are setting a day for final and best.
