Hey everyone!
Anyone here doing mid-term rentals in the DeSoto or South Fort Worth areas?
Im trying to get a general idea of occupancy rates, is it fair to expect the property to be rented for about 10 months out of the year, or does that sound optimistic?
Would love to hear your experience or any tips. Thanks in advance!
