1/2 duplex investment property under contract
Has anyone ever purchased a half duplex? I have a very interesting property under contract that is a half of a side by side duplex. The numbers are excellent, but I am worried about having issues with the other half of the building. I don't buy condo units and it feels like that's essentially what this is, but with really strong returns.
