1031 on vacant land + modular
Has anyone done a 1031 change in which you were able to purchase vacant land as well as get a new modular building completed on it within the 180 days? I’m asking about modular homes/buildings and not mobile homes. I’d love to hear more about it if you’ve explored this and it did or did not work.
