Advice on Wholesaling
Learning the basics of wholesaling, any expert advice would be helpful. I am witnessing the power that real estate has to offer. I have done bird dogging but am thirsty for more so have been doing wholesaling. Of course the overall goal is to invest and buy a portfolio. I have been pointed at taking a course to eventually get my real estate license cause I predict that next couple years or less wholesaling will require a license. I have witnessed this in Utah and other states.
