Looking to invest..

Hello, I go by raf. Looking to move into investing after purchasing my main property which I live in and got some equity so far I'd like to possibly use. I live in the Springfield area so Dayton is right around the corner from me. Looking to find out if there's any other serious investors, lenders agents that have experience and may want to partner up and/or if not point out some opportunities. My end goal is to build up properties. and create cash flow and get my current mortgage covered. May be a tall order but where there's a will theres a way or BP wouldn't exist...thanks for your guys time
