Transactional funding
Howdy folks, my question is in regards to short sales and Reo's, I have a friend whose house is in short sale right now. I thought it would be nice if I could help out of her situation. Is it possible to use transactional funding on a short sale? Any seasoned investors out there have any experience using transactional funding? Any thoughts are experiences would be greatly appreciated by this newbie.
