Anyone ever invest in Guam?

Hey all, i am currently stationed on Guam and will be here until 2027 just wondering if anyone has invested out here for any long-term rentals. With the growing military presence and new bases on the island i see an opportunity to hopefully get a long-term rental house before i leave. Just seeing if anyone has any experience with that. Rookie here so would love to connect with some veterans in the game out there.
