Hey, BiggerPockets! I'm doing some research into rehab calculations and I was wondering… Am I just naïve? Are people using amortized financing for flips?

Hey, BiggerPockets! I'm doing some research into rehab calculations and I was wondering… Am I just naïve? Are people using amortized financing for flips?

For all of the wholetails and flips I've done/am doing I've always used asset based loans like hard money and private lenders.
