Hit an obstacle, feeling stuck.....

Hello all!

I currently have 8 doors all producing positive cashflow, spread out over three different states.  I have my team in place, feel like I'm comfortable sourcing new deals, negotiating, etc.  I do have one obstacle that I can't seem to grasp and wanted to know if anyone had any input.  So far I'm just a 'one man operation' and do get impatient from time to time.  So, how do I grow my portfolio fast?  All I'm doing now is buying a property (at the rate of about one a year), saving up a down payment for the next one, and so on and so on.  There has to be a way to get over this down payment hurdle so I can do this quicker than what I'm doing?  Thanks!!!
