Hello, I have been doing research and found this market near my hometown. From the research I believe it is a good market. I researched emplyoment, vacancy rates, avg rent, avg price. It seems like a good market for the BRRRR method in C-C+ neighborhoods. I would like to hear what others think of this area and how they would do market research for a project as such.
