Direct to seller strategies
I am currently looking to purchase my first investment property. I'm connected with several wholesalers, checking Investor Lift and Zillow regularly without any luck. The market here in DFW is highly competitive. I'm considering trying out Prop Stream to try going direct to seller. What strategies and resources have you found the most successful when trying to go directly to seller?
