Hey everyone,
I've been a real estate broker here in Nebraska for about 12 years, and I've seen how much the industry has changed and honestly, how much it hasn't. Over the years I've worked with hundreds of sellers, and it's always been clear that some (Not All) just want more controld\, efficient, and transparent way to get to the closing table. There is a gap between FSBO and hiring a full traditional listing agent.
That’s what pushed me to start building ForSaleByUs. a new, hybrid all-in-one home selling platform built right here in Nebraska. It’s designed for the smart, hands-on sellers who want control but still value guidance from someone who’s been through it all.
It's no just a get listed on the MLS and forget about it approach. It's a local approach combining real tools, real broker support, and clear pricing to maximize what sellers walk away with.
