Don't call it a comeback!
I have a house that I need help flipping. It has a mortgage in place currently but ample equity in the past I've done over 100 wholesale deals but they were all houses owned free and clear. I know there's a way around this, but I don't have the paperwork would like to speak with someone experienced.
