Seller Finance - Even Split Amortization Table

Hey investors! I am looking at a seller finance deal but am trying to have the loan amortize at an even split between principal and interest, rather than the standard bank amortization. Does anyone have a good excel or table for structuring?

Is this something you prioritize when looking to seller finance?
