buying with self-directed 401k?
hey y'all. i have a buyer who wants to purchase using her self-directed 401k. she told me that she was advised that she would need to use a nonrecourse loan. i don't have experience with this, so i would love any insight i can draw from the collective here. does anyone have experience buying with their self-directed retirement account? and how'd you do it? thank you in advance!!
