Yeah honestly I've found more success targeting burnt out landlords than hunting specific rent numbers. Like when you see those "for rent by owner" posts that have been up forever, or places that keep dropping the rent every few weeks - those owners are usually way more motivated to just sell and be done with it. Are you seeing a lot of tired landlords in your area lately?
