First timer seeking guidance.
Look into single-family multi-family investment information and or guidance. Or to join an amazing team. I have been working in commercial property maintenance and most recently supervising all maintenance and facilities for a 65 unit property. I think my skill and experience would be effective in rehab and managem or rehab and flip. Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated
