IRR and Cost Seg?
Hi community!
I have a small number of rental units now and use the standard deal models pre and post close including the BP calculator.
I'm however wondering how you all best show / model your IRR on medium / long term in your models?
Related, do any of you include cost seg benefits in your models (doesn't seem to be an option to add the latter in the BP calculator)?.
