Seller Financing Newbie
Hello,
I am just starting my real estate journey. I’m a part of a couple of real estate groups and someone recently posted that they have some properties that they are looking to sell off market first before going to market. I was interested because they mentioned that they may able to seller finance. I could really use the assistance on what questions to ask and how to look at this to see if it’s a viable option for me.
