NEW COPA laws in NYC - Thoughts?

Obviously anyone can start a non profit, so do you think now there will be a huge uptick, and every real estate investor in NYC will become a non profit?  Do you think the next step will be controlling the price properties can be listed for?  I'm sure it won't be long until CA does this.
