Moratorium on Rental Licenses

I had a Client this year who made an Offer to Purchase a condo in Country Club Hills as an investment property.

He did not know that the City of Country Club Hills is not issuing new rental licenses.

I was able to get him out of the Contract but for new investors, know that you may not be able to rent out a condo even if the HOA allows it.

He avoided making a very costly mistake.
