Self storage due diligence.
Hey BP,
I’m about to make an offer on my first ever self storage facility in a small town in PA and I’m wondering what due diligence process I should go through. Does anyone have a list I could reference that has worked for you consistently? It seems like such a large task and I’m boggled by it. What should I be doing? How should I do it, what resources can I use? Let me know if you can help me out, thank you!
