Any Audiobook recommendations

Can anyone recommend any good audiobooks to listen to on real estate investing? Id like to put my useless audiobooks subscription to good use. The best of the best please. Im eager to learn. I own one rental property out of state and have learned a little bit along the way. Id like to know what to look for before buying a 2nd one. Thanks in advance

Great question! You are looking for audiobook suggestions on real estate investing.

I would recommend anything by Ken McElroy. He also has a YouTube channel and podcast.
