Selling our property to our LLC
Good morning! My husband and I own a 1 acre parcel of land that we are currently building a small home on to short term rent. We already have an LLC for a nearby property that we are short term renting. We need to transfer this up and coming 1 acre parcel into the LLC. How do other people handle this type of transaction and what all should we consider in getting the 1 acre parcel out of our personal and into the LLC? Thanks!
