Buying on the same street

Would like thoughts and opinions on buying houses next to each other,Three months ago I bought a 4 unit property , last week a property came up that has two side by side duplexes/2unit on it. The one is beside my property and the other is behind it.  The area is good and the price is a little high.   Do you guys value a property like that higher or lower?  From a property management standpoint I would think it’s a big plus.  Give me your opinions!
