Struggling Houston Listed Homes

Houston Listing Agents,

What methods have been working for you when selling a home? I have 4 recently updated move in ready "priced accordingly" homes that aren't receiving any offers. 2 homes are generating activity but no offers, while the other 2 have been extremely quiet. The listing prices range from $205-$239k. I feel like those price points are perfect for first time home buyers. Is the Houston market taking a deep dive that no one is talking about?

Any guidance or feedback would be much appreciated!

I had a similar experience selling a property in Houston last year. We ended up coming off of the listing price about $40k (10%) over the course of a few months. Houston seems to continue to have more sellers than buyers. The one note that I would make on that is that after what ended up being our final price drop to $365k, we received 3 offers in 2 days. The demand was always there...we just had to find the market price.
