Current DSCR rates

Hi all. My lender quoted me 7.55% for a loan on single family unit in Cleveland. Is this the going rate? I saw one online offering 6.3 but not sure if it’s real. Did rates go up from last year? 

What rates are others getting for single family unit purchases?

Hey Jay, I have a handful of lenders who've been giving out better rates than that... conventional and DSCR.
