Current DSCR rates

Jay Chun
Posted

Hi all. My lender quoted me 7.55% for a loan on single family unit in Cleveland. Is this the going rate? I saw one online offering 6.3 but not sure if it’s real. Did rates go up from last year?

What rates are others getting for single family unit purchases?

Thanks,

Rate chasers will pay a high price in the near future. The 5-10Y treasury yields are rising fast. By the time the new lender with the great rate goes to lock you loan in, you will likely be back at square one in the mid 7's. The war is causing major turmoil. Wait till oil prices hit $150 a barrel, then the rates will be back in the 8% range.
