Transfer to LLC
Guys I am house hacking a property that I eventually plan to transfer to an LLC that belongs to me and my partners. I've heard that doing so could cause the mortgage company to call for the entire note to be due. From the responses I've seen in the past it seems that most folks agree that typically doesn't happen. Transferring to the LLC is something that needs to be done ultimately so I want to know what do other investors think about this and have they heard any situations where it has actually happened. The property is on an FHA loan and I'm planning to do that later this year.
