Investing in the Triangle (Raleigh, Durham, NC)
Hi there! I am a r.e agent in the Triangle that specializes in As-is Investor grade properties and land. Ranging from full rehabs, turnkeys, infill lots, lots that are 17 acres+. What returns are flippers and investors looking for these days in deals in the triangle area and/or hour and a half radius of? I know it depends whether it's cash or hard money loan but curious how everyone is evaluating deals
