Good afternoon I'm really interested in finding a really good book for beginners in either property management or buying Rental Properties any good suggestions?

A few books that come up over and over for a reason:

“The Book on Managing Rental Properties” by Brandon and Heather Turner is probably one of the most practical beginner resources out there. It really walks through the day-to-day reality of being a landlord in a way that’s easy to understand and actually useful once you own a property.

On the investing side, “The Book on Rental Property Investing” by Brandon Turner is a great companion. It breaks down how to analyze deals, think through financing, and actually build a strategy step by step. Both are BiggerPockets books, so they’re very aligned with how most people in this community approach real estate.

If you want something a little more big picture, “The Millionaire Real Estate Investor” by Gary Keller is a classic. It’s less tactical and more about mindset and long-term thinking, but a lot of investors I know still reference it when they’re thinking about building a portfolio.
