JV Wholesaling: How to stay compliant without a license?
Hey all,I have recently started providing buyers to an out-of-state wholesaler working with an in-state seller. I am making a percentage on the final purchase of these properties, but I haven't started marketing them yet because it was brought to my attention that this might require a brokerage license.Is there a way for me to JV these deals and stay compliant without having a license? If so, how do regular JV wholesale deals usually operate to stay within the law?Thanks!
