FL market today
Anyone care to share what they are experiencing in the FL market? I fix and flip primarily in Manatee County, sales seem to be slowing in some areas for me, I find myself holding some properties longer then I'm typically use to experiencing, example within the last 12 months in 1 smaller community I have flip 4 homes, and the most recent one (nicest one I have done in the community) isn't getting any action at all and is now priced 10k lower then the other including one I sold in January/February, I close on another in the same community on Friday, I'm not to concerned as I do my best to buy right
