Cardone Equity Fund 4

Hi everyone.

I have been invested in Cardone equity fund 4 since 2019 ($1m) invested and have had $407k returned to me in distributions. It's been nice and solid paying out each month.

I am in a position where I need to exit from it, Cardone Capital does not offer early release or redemptions and told me my only option is to find a buyer myself and once found to contact them to facilitate the sale.

Does anyone have experience with this or is there anywhere or anyone I can reach out to that would be in the market for this fund?

this is the risk of going into funds like this they are non liquid. trying to find your own 1 mil investor is a pretty tough road and I would venture to guess next to impossible.  UNLESS its friends or family you can talk into it.
