AI tools for real estate analysis — worth it?
I've been experimenting with using AI to analyze
listings on Zillow before showings.
It gives a price score vs Zestimate, flags
potential red flags (days on market, garage
conversions, etc.) and drafts client emails.
Has anyone else tried AI tools for listing
analysis? What's your experience — do you
trust AI price assessments or still prefer
manual research?
