Poconos STR Neighborhoods

I'm looking to buy our first investment property as a STR in the Poconos (about an hour from where I live). We found a property we liked in the Pocono Country Place HOA and wanted to make an offer but now I'm reading a lot of negative comments about the HOA. For anyone who currently has a STR in the Poconos, what are the best neighborhoods/HOAs that we should be looking in? Thanks in advance for any insight!
