New Builds Fort Worth

Has anyone bought new builds in the Fort Worth area recently? I have a couple of out of state investors looking to pick up a couple of properties for rentals. I've been seeing Crowley, Burleson, and Cleburne but trying to stay closer to Fort Worth.
