Wholesale overseas agency?

I was wondering if there are agencies or even freelancers that will go out and find wholesale deals on your behalf if you assign them a specific territory. Has anyone done this before?

I believe they do not need to be licensed as long as it's for an end buyer such as myself. Does anyone know of any companies or agencies that offer this service?

Yes, there are people and companies that essentially do this. Some investors hire virtual assistants to pull lists, skip trace, and manage outreach in specific markets. Others work with acquisition managers, bird dogs, wholesalers, or local boots-on-the-ground teams who are compensated when they help source deals.

The challenge is usually quality control. A lot of leads can be generated, but finding actual wholesale opportunities that meet your buying criteria is where the value is.

If you’re considering this route, I’d suggest creating very clear buy-box criteria (location, property type, price range, equity requirements, etc.) before hiring anyone. The more specific you are, the better the results tend to be.

I’d be interested to hear if anyone here has found a service or individual that consistently delivers qualified deals rather than just leads.

Yes I am aware of this model, it's called hiring an employee. =D =D And instead of being called "wholesaler" their title is "salesperson".

Doesn't have to be W2 though. You could 1099 and "hire" someone kinda like you are saying.

@Allan Smith - I was hoping to find a wholesaler to find me deals. Would probably pay them hourly + bonus for signed deals. Are you aware of this model?

This seems like two different things. You want a wholesaler to find you deals, or you want to invest in foreign markets? I don't think many other countries have wholesalers?

But generally no wholesalers don't just go out and find YOU deals, they find deals for themselves and want to make the biggest fee they can. If you aren't paying a good price, they won't want to sell it to you. However, if you pay for marketing, you can ask them to give you first right of refusal. Or say that you own the leads with them 50/50, so if you don't buy it, you split the wholesale fee.
