Looking to invest in properties in Cleveland and would like to connect with experienced agents / full service property managers.

Quote from @Mohammed Rahman:

Hey @Jonathan Leung - happy to have a barter convo with you about this as I'm currently interviewing different marketing agencies for my own advertising strategies.

Please DM me and let's talk.

Would love to help you vet marketing agencies. I'll send you a DM

Thank you!. I appreciate the transparency. I also stated to look into and perhaps maybe be looking to split the 2 parts of the business (finding my own agent for a turnkey property) and then hiring a property management to find the tenant / maintain the place. Would you recommend that option?

Former Airbnb super host here.

1. you’ll likely need to update / improve interior design of the place in order to make it work.  You’ll also need to take better photos (hide wires, improve lighting, make sure bed sheets are ironed, etc)

Hey all,

I am new to real estate investing and would love to get started. I have done okay in my career and looking to start building a portfolio for some “passive” income. I currently have a full time job at a tech start up but would love to get some advice to get started. I am familiar with basic real estate investing but it is very hard to get started where I am (nyc). Nothing is affordable / cash flows. Should I use a company like own it Detroit to get started? Anyone have had great experience with them?

Hey all ,

love the community here. I am a marketing executive that is looking to get into real estate investing. I invested in a rental property a few years back and used it for airbnb and it did very well. Looking to start investing in long term rentals and would like a few pointers on where to get started. Would using services like own it Detroit be a good place to start?
I have extensive experience in online marketing for small businesses / startups that span across legal services, beauty, tech and more. Willing to barter services in exchange for guidance/mentorship. Can provide my LinkedIn as proof.
