Figured I'd introduce myself since I'm going to start contributing here more regularly.

I'm Floyd — a real estate agent based in Tulsa, Oklahoma with Nomad Agency. Two years in. I work with buyers and sellers on the traditional side, too, but most of my focus is off-market.

I'm based in Tulsa Metro, and I'll be sharing what I see on the ground here — market conditions, deal breakdowns, and how I think about sourcing. Happy to connect with anyone working in this market or a similar one.
