HELOC on a Rental

I own a condo under an LLC that is operating as a STR. It is worth about $215,000 and there is no mortgage. I want to pull the equity out to reinvest. What options are available to do this other than securing a traditional mortgage? I have heard you cannot get a HELOC on a property owned by an LLC.
