Hi I’m Eddie and I’m living in Lakeland Florida now . I’m interested in investing in properties to turn them into Airbnb . Was curious about Ocala Florida , Kissimmee areas . Would it be worth it to invest in those areas ? If anyone has experience in Airbnb or short term rentals would appreciate your expertise . Thank you

Airbnb is a completely different strategy from typical rentals so make sure you know the ins and outs of that business. In Kiss you'll get the Disney crowd. It will be seasonal. In Ocala it's the horse crowd so make sure you check how many events per year you can lean on. We've flipped in both markets a ton over the years. Do not over pay! Message me with questions.
