Wearing Multiple Hats

I've noticed that a lot of people in real estate tend to put themselves into one box—agent, investor, wholesaler, house hacker, landlord, flipper, etc. But some of the most successful people I've met wear multiple hats and let each piece complement the others.

Personally, I enjoy the investing side just as much as the residential side. I love analyzing deals, learning creative financing strategies, and understanding how people are building long-term wealth through real estate. It's been interesting to see how skills from one area naturally carry over into another.

For those of you who are active in multiple lanes, what has given you the biggest advantage? Has being an agent helped you become a better investor, or has investing changed the way you work with clients and evaluate opportunities?

Always enjoy hearing different perspectives and connecting with others who think about real estate beyond just the next transaction.
