How accurate is the Est. Credit Bidon Auction.com Courthouse Foreclosure Auction?
First; Auction.com isbad for buyers;brings too many eyes to a foreclosure. One is coming up and they release the Credit Bid Estimate; which is new to me. how accurate is that number? I've bought a few years ago at courthouse Foreclosure Auctions and sometimes had the Upset bid from the law firm the night night before. This property I already checked out and went through court records and the default judgment on the property was $145K. person even tried Chapter 13 to delay and made payments for just over a year but gave up (such a shame).
So in anyone experience going into an auction with that "est. credit bid" States
"Est. Credit Bid $205,271.92 Know the price to beat, and bid with confidence." will that be accurate or could betoo high (of course ultimately depends on # of bidders. I expected open at $145K andworkits way up, but not passed $200K.
Hate to waste time going to the bank for a check then to the courthouse to find out it opens at that amount.
