Recolm.com listing website
There is a new listing website called Recolm.com. Has anyone heard of it? It caters to agents and FSBO's and a whole group of people. It offers residential, commercial, land, and marketplace all on one site. Apparently there are not affiliated with a multiple listing service which tends to hide listings in my opinion. And it's only $24.99 per year.
